Hi, I'm Dr. Kate, and I know that you can feel differently in motherhood.

After over 10 years of experience working with moms and their children as a naturopathic doctor and having 2 wild and beautiful children of my own, I know that the last thing moms need is more information and strategies to try.

I know that it is possible to go from overwhelmed, anxious, depleted, and exhausted to calm. regulated, and nourished.

But often, the answer isn't one more strategy or herb or even a few hours extra sleep (although that does sound wonderful).

Often, the answer is tuning out the noise, reconnecting to your body, and tuning into your own intuition.

That doesn't mean not listening to the experts or seeking extra support when needed, but it does mean trusting yourself to listen to the experts and advice that are right for you and your child.

As moms, we spend so much time in our heads, overthinking, ungrounded, anxious and overwhelmed. That is why I created the Magic and Medicine of Motherhood: A 21 day devotional journey that weaves in meditation, somatics, rituals, mind-body medicine and more to help you find ease and get out of your head in motherhood.

There is so much magic and medicine to be found in motherhood, we just have to be willing to listen.

Each morning, you will receive access to that day's meditation and practice to complete on your own time. Start anytime and do as little or as much of the daily practices as you'd like.

This is not about doing more, doing it all, or checking it off your list. It is about doing what feels good and trusting that you are getting out of this exactly what you need.

Everything in this program is pre-recorded, so you can go at your own pace and revisit it whenever you'd like.
